Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will utilise analytical skills to assess market trends and leverage Salesforce for effective sales management.
Duties
* Provides back office technical and commercial support to Key Account Managers, Regional and Sector Sales colleagues.
* Co-ordinates customer projects and product requirements from enquiry to delivery
* Works closely with the Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Executives and Sector Sales Executives
* Solves simple technical queries from customers or installers
* Supports the development of concepts by liaising with the Factory and sales colleagues
* Communicates effectively with the factories and external suppliers to manufacture or source the customer’s requirements
* Completes actions from key account and departmental meetings
* Provides the first point of contact for new customers over the phone to understand the enquiry and take relevant action as appropriate
* Helps customers select the right product on the phone by explaining the features and benefits
