About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing workflows, surveying and programming work streams, and organizing staff to complete required works efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the full project lifecycle from inception to completion
* Addressing non-conformance and implementing corrective actions
* Coaching and mentoring field operatives to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
* Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the SROH and NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level. You should also have experience of dealing with external stakeholders, communicating effectively, and understanding client quality requirements.
