Job Title: Administrator
Area: South Norfolk
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 8am till 5pm (40 hours)

Divisional Manager
Key Role Objectives
•Liaising and working closely with contract and site management
•Ordering of materials
•Responding to internal and external emails on a daily basis
•Invoicing
•Managing the daily tracker of works
•Diary Management
What you will need
•Previous experience of working in a fast paced administrative role
•Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
•Be confident in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
•Ability to manage your own workload independently and work as part of a team is essential
•Have good spoken and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders
The salary will ultimately be based on the perfect candidate as we are looking for a permanent addition to their team.
