MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Commercial team with a Senior Commercial Manager/Commercial Director based at the Southern Water Region. The purpose of this role is to lead the frameworks next amp cycle. Managing a £100-150 million per year region, you will provide commercial support and leadership to projects/contracts and ensure that commercial discipline is maintained throughout the framework duration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company objectives.
2. Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring that contracts are in the best interests of MWHT.
3. Risk Management: Identify commercial risks and proactively mitigate them.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
5. Change Management : Identify contact change and proactively mitigate them .
6. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and drive profitability.
7. Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and supervise the commercial team to achieve departmental goals.
