Project Coordinator - Sittingbourne – Hybrid
My client, a leader in their field, are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. My client, are known in the market for the positive reputation and are looking to grow their team due to their rapid growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers and suppliers daily
General administration duties
Creating orders on the system and scheduling works
Creating invoices and setting up part numbers
Attending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholdersEssential Skillset:
Previous experience in inbound/outbound shipments
Experience dealing with export documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists
5+ GSCEs with a minimum of grade C or above.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
Experience on ERP systems/databasesBenefits:
