The Recruitment Group are hiring for an Internal Recruiter. As an Internal Recruiter you'll spend 75% of your time focusing on recruiting the best engineering talent in the industry and the remaining 25% supporting our wider operational teams. Duties:
* Lead recruitment efforts for engineering positions (75% of the role), this will include field based as well as workshop based engineering positions nationwide.
* Recruit for operational roles (25%), these could include parts, service and rental positions.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job adverts to on-boarding successful candidates.
* Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company as an employer of choice.
* Stay on top of recruitment trends to ensure we're reaching the best talent available.
What we are looking for:
