Administrative Assistant
The Role:
Working from our clients office in Rochford, you will provide administrative support to the Office Manager in all day-to-day operations.
Essential qualifications and experience:
* At least three years’ experience in an administrative role
* Excellent all-round administrative skills
* Proficient in the use of standard software packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel
* A pleasant, caring and confident approach when dealing with telephone and email enquiries
* Ability and sufficient life experience to handle sensitive enquiries of a confidential nature
* Experience of processing and managing financial transactions and resolving queries
* Ability to work as part of a small team with a ‘can do’ and ‘hands on’ approach
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise with outside organisations and persons
* Ability to work on own initiative, with a confident and pro-active approach to tasks
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Flexible and creative approach to work
* Confident approach to lone working, with ability to process tasks unsupervised
