Marketing Analyst
Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Location Peterborough Head Office Contracted Hours Office Based, 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

What is the role
Data is at the heart of everything we do at Yours Clothing. Now with sister brands, BadRhino, Long Tall Sally, PixieGirl, M&Co and Evans, data is in more demand than ever. As we move to a cookie-less world where data collection is becoming more complex, we are looking for an individual to join our data team to help understand performance at a deeper level across the different marketing channels.
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining the marketing channel reporting suite for the ecommerce side of the business. They will work with colleagues across the marketing department to understand reporting requirements and ensure these are met. The role requires a commercial mind with strong knowledge of the various marketing channels typical for an ecommerce business, along with Google Analytics experience.
What you will do
1. Creation of reports to monitor sales performance & marketing activity across the different marketing channels such as PPC, Email, Affiliates, Paid Social etc.
2. Using visualisation software (Tableau) to produce dashboards that enhance understanding of marketing activity across the business
3. Troubleshooting data discrepancies and supporting the Senior Data and Insights Manager to implement solutions
4. Working with our analytics agency and website developers to ensure data collection across the channels is working correctly and pulling the correct data into GA4 and other platforms such as Facebook and Awin
5. Regular and Ad-hoc projects requiring creative approaches to answering data-based queries
What you will bring
6. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
7. Highly motivated and a desire to be the best

13. Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) is essential, ideally gained in a B2C E-commerce environment
14. Significant experience working with large and complex data sets, across multiple systems/platforms, specifically SA360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Ads
15. Proven track record in marketing analysis and presenting compelling insights from complex datasets for various audiences
16. Understanding of GTM set up and how website tags collect data, including how to troubleshoot data discrepancies
17. SQL experience would be an advantage to the role, as this would allow the successful applicant to access the data directly from our data warehouse themselves. However, it is not a direct requirement.
18. Advanced MS Excel skills – including understanding of pivot tables, vlookups, conditional formatting, graphing and data handling
19. Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset – ability to proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe all the facts and consider other perspective
20. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
21. Good time management skills to deliver in a fast-paced environment
