* Proven Experience: 5+ years in children’s residential care, including 2+ years in leadership.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce + Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare Leadership.
* Results: A track record of “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings.
* Passion: A deep understanding of therapeutic practices like PACE and a commitment to safeguarding excellence.
