Job Title: IT / First Line Support
Location: Redditch
Job Type: Temporary / 2-4 weeks
Pay: £12- £13 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Assist users with password resets and account recovery.
* Manage new starter account setups, ensuring all necessary access and permissions are configured.
* Offer support and problem solving for Salesforce-related queries and issues.
* Log and manage support tickets using our helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
* Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and solutions.
* Escalate complex issues to second-line support or relevant departments as necessary.
* Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all support queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a first-line IT support role.
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
