Customer Service Advisor’s Core Duties
1. Manage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriately
2. Present the products to potential customers
3. Support in the organisation of customer events and launches
4. Provide logistical and administrative support
5. Be professional and courteous at all times
6. Oversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studio
Customer Service Advisor’s Skills Required
7. Educated to A-level standard
8. Experience working with premium brands; luxury retail or hotels - automotive experience highly desirable
9. Experience in customer care or premium hospitality
10. Good team working experience
11. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
12. Best-in-class customer service skills
13. Ability to multi-task
14. Driving licence class B (desirable)
15. Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basis
