Job Description
A well-established company is looking for a Contract Manager to join their growing team. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, you’ll be likely to work 3-4 days in the office.
The Role
As a Contract Manager, you’ll be developing specification of the outsourced service alongside your Team Lead. You’ll also, review and validate payment applications, ensure contract specifications are followed whilst leading contractual discussions and clarifications with suppliers. As well as assisting the commercial team with invoice information and oversee alongside ensuring projects are correctly mobilised in terms of budget.
The Person
To succeed as a Contract Manager, you’ll need contract management experience within Fire Safety/Protection environments focusing on Fire Doors. Whilst, building strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, good negotiation and communication skills, experience in meeting commitments and deadlines alongside being team player.
The Package
As a Contract Manager, you’ll be on a salary up to £55,000 per annum dependent on experience. In addition, there are other benefits included such as a good pension scheme, a true commitment to your development and career progression.
