Description
The key responsibilities:
* Provide executive assistance to the CFO/COO
* Coordinate project activities across various departments
* Prepare presentations for board meetings.
* Maintain and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
* Take minutes in meetings and follow up on meetings.
* Assist with various projects across the organisation
* Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow
* Plan and coordinate company events
* Handle confidential documents and act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
* Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment & onboarding new starters.
Profile
A successful EA / HR Coordinator should have:
1. Solid experience of working as an EA to C-Suite level
