Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide personable first-line technical support to students and staff
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
4. Reset passwords and troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
5. Previous experience providing IT support (minimum 6 months)
6. An enhanced DBS check (dated in the last year)
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Experience troubleshooting server issues
