Vestas Celtic Wind Technology > Onshore North & West > Sub Supplier Management Supervisors
Operating within the Vestas Northern & Central Europe business unit, we focus exclusively on selling, constructing, and operating onshore wind power plants in UK and Ireland. With offices in Dublin and Warrington, Service UK and Ireland is responsible for the service and maintenance of our customers' wind power plants in both markets.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Assigned technicians is supervised/supported/coordinated and a positive and effective working relationship is established and maintained
2. Delivery of services on an operational level in compliance with safety standards, quality&and performance targets
3. Compliance with Vestas standards across the dedicated sites and tasks, ensuring that
4. processes, procedures and tools is implemented continuously
5. Ensures obeying regional laws and regulations
6. Escalation of performance of behavior related issues to responsible Area Supervisor
Qualifications
7. Previous experience as a Manager/Supervisor within an industrial / engineering environment
8. Organised and methodical approach to work
9. Able to prioritise own workload
10. Able to deliver on time and in full.
11. Positive and proactive mentality
12. Strong customer focus
13. Willing to travel on regular basis, including nights away from home.
