Customer Service Advisor

Working in a growing, friendly and supportive team, we are looking for motivated individuals with previous phone-based customer service experience for an on-going temporary assignment offering hybrid working after initial training.
Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm (37.5 hours per week)
Key Accountabilities:
1. Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
2. Placing orders accurately over the phone
3. Entering customer and order details onto an intenral system
4. Explaining the benefits of ordering online with a view to encouraging further orders to be placed through the website
5. Answering queries and handling complaints as needed
You will need to demonstrate:
6. Strong written and oral communication skills
7. Confident working knowledge of MS Office
8. The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues
9. Good organisation and planning skills
