CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our end-client's team and ensure the environments are not just functional, but exceptional. As a Facilities Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of everyone who walks through the doors.
This is a permanent opportunity, working between 2 sites in Darlington, County Durham.
Package:
* Competitive salary between £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the client’s facilities, from maintenance and repairs to renovations and improvements
* Lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff, ensuring everyone works together seamlessly towards our goals
* Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions
* Develop and oversee budgets for facility operations and capital projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all staff
Requirements:
* Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Solid understanding of building systems and maintenance best practices
* Dedication to delivering exceptional service and continuously improving our facilities
