When you work in this school your responsibilities will include :
8. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and selection
9. Coordinate and conduct staff inductions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
10. Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and reports
11. Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure school policies align
12. To manage the coordination of HR review meetings alongside senior leaders and the schools external HR service provider
13. Administer HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, leavers and amendments
14. Provide initial advice to senior leaders and line managers in relation to their responsibilities for managing sickness absence
15. Administer and support dealing with specific HR cases
16. Support with the administration of sickness absence casework
17. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and contribute to policy development

20. Previous HR experience, preferably within a school environment
21. Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting deadlines

24. Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
25. Right to work in the UK (Essential)
