H&S Manager - Programme Risk Management Theale| Hybrid Perm You must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship About the role: You will lead and advise on new, emerging, and present Health and Safety risks associated with new business opportunities, estates assurance, supplier risks and programme delivery. Support the Commercial teams in ensuring Health and Safety Risks and Opportunities are identified within the business impact assessment process for existing & potential new business opportunities. To drive forward a positive safety risk agenda, promoting demonstrable cultural growth. Act in the capacity as the Health and Safety risk representative on internal and external Industry Forums and Working Groups. Support the Supplier Governance Manager and the Procurement Team on Supplier Health and Safety risks, approvals, governance, escalation, and safety performance consequence management. Support and advise project delivery and operational teams on existing, and emerging health and safety risks. Implement a robust Construction Design Management Framework (CDM). Conduct supplier management system audits. Produce effective management reports What is required for the role: Qualifications Preferred NEBOSH Certificate in construction (or General as a minimum) Previous experience working in construction safety or CDM coordination role IOSH registered member or ongoing with CPD Hold or committed to working towards a Level 5 or 6 OHS diploma Hold or committed to working towards a recognised Risk Management Qualification within 12 months of starting the role Knowledge of ISO45001 and evaluation of Heath and Safety Compliance Desirable Delivering projects within a telecoms Cellular Network Infrastructure
