The role
will require somebody to be focused on activating the firm and have visibility xSector to help align the Customer Led Transformation GTM sales strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Drive the programme’s awareness and adoption related to firm wide initiatives and change management
2. Drive xLOS enablement around Alliance / technology tagging in CRM (Salesforce)
3. Work with Alliance leaders and teams to identify program-wide roadblocks
4. Report programme status to Executive Sponsors, Alliance Partners, and Program Leader
5. Contribute to the Global Alliance Program initiatives and operations
6. Be responsible for the Alliance central repository - assets / accelerators catalogue, citations (UK, EMEA, Global), Alliance contracts
7. Define short and long-term ROI measures and take responsibility for evaluation and reporting on ROI on all activity;
8. Work effectively with other parts of Sales and Marketing - especially Business Development, Client Relationship Programmes and the firm’s Communications teams; and
9. Support the Sales and Marketing Director to establish a high performing Alliances team.
Skills & experience required
10. Excellent commercial and business acumen, communication skills with senior stakeholders, both Alliance partners, clients and senior PwC management, as well as demonstrating a thorough understanding of the strategic and commercial business drivers for the firm and for our clients
11. A proven track record of developing GTM strategies is essential.
12. Ability to communicate key business messages to target audiences, through impactful strategic plans.
13. Experience of how technology firms operate and / or Alliances would be an advantage.
14. Proven experience of creating and leading integrated sales & marketing strategy in the context of business strategy (ideally within a Salesforce or Salesforce ecosystem environment)
15. Strong project management and business development experience.
16. Experience of working in complex, matrix organisations would be helpful, along with evidence of managing varied stakeholder groups.
17. Ability to motivate and inspire teams through change and ambiguity.
18. A sound business and commercial understanding as well as being risk aware.
19. Excellent influencing and communication skills to have impact with senior stakeholders, as well as demonstrating a thorough understanding of the firms’ commercial and strategic business drivers.
20. Excellent facilitation skills to uncover fresh ideas and to build strategic plans.
21. A mind-set which demonstrates a comfort with testing, learning and optimising.
