Business Development Manager – Public Sector
Location: Doncaster (Hybrid – 2-3 days on-site)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Double OTE
We are partnering with a leading provider of innovative communication solutions specialising in cloud-based technology, data networks, and managed services. With a strong focus on delivering tailored solutions for both the private and public sectors, they help businesses streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and drive growth through cutting-edge technology.
As part of their continued growth, we are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join their expanding Public Sector team, with a primary focus on the Education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target new business opportunities within the public sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and respond to public sector tenders.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
* Report on sales performance and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ years of sales experience (SaaS experience is desirable).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Full UK driving license is required.
