The roles and responsibilities of a Supply Teacher are varied and differ between schools, however your role would typically include:
• Getting the classroom ready for lessons
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons in an engaging manner
• Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks
• Managing class behaviour
• Carrying out administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
• A genuine desire to improve the educational outcomes of every pupil you work with.
• An ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults.
• Are available for a minimum of 1 day per week.
• Willingness to get involved across any subjects
• Good behaviour management
• Child workforce DBS on the update service (if you do not already have one, we can help you apply)
