The Role
To support Membership with account management, retention, support projects, membership processes and CRM maintenance.
* Engage with members, to provide good customer experience throughout their membership.
* Make courtesy calls as directed by the Managing Director and record on CRM
* Arrange 1-2-1 meetings where necessary.
* Support with renewal calls, prior to renewal being sent and once payment has been received.
* Bring in new revenue through upgrades, new members, and sponsorship £1,000 per month
Responsibilities
* Engage with members, to provide good customer experience throughout their membership.

* Support with renewal calls, prior to renewal being sent and once payment has been received.
* Support the new membership set up process, invoice, and report.
* Support with Peer-2-Peer introductions.
* Ensure CRM is always kept up to date and maintained to a high standard.
* Attend Membership weekly meeting.
* Attend various events when requested and needed.
* Support with table plans prior to events.
Cover various duties of other Account Managers and Senior Account Manager in absences.
Any other tasks requested of Head of Managing Director to drive revenue & retention of members.
KPI’s:
* Retention to remain above 90%
* Account Manage Bronze – Platinum members
