We are currently looking to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor, at Associate level, to join an existing team.
You will have aspirations to progress your career, with the potential to become a Director. You will be a skilled communicator and have a collaborative approach when working with colleagues and clients alike.
You will have a diverse range of experience, both professional and project related, across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design services.
* Oversee and mentor junior team members.
* Conduct rigorous technical reviews to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications:
* Ideally you will be MRICS Qualified
* Extensive consultancy experience, particularly with public sector projects
* Strong commercial acumen and proven business development skills
* Exceptional client-facing and communication abilities
* Comprehensive technical knowledge and analytical skills
