We have an excellent opportunity to join the Estates and Facilities Management team as a Plumbing / Heating & HVAC Operative working with others as part of our onsite maintenance team. Your priority will be to work with the team to complete planned and reactive maintenance across the Loughborough campus, including Schools, student accommodation, professional services and tenant buildings.You will work as part of the technical response team, ensuring asset management, H & S, and work processes and followed to complete compliance tasks on time and to budget and expected standards.
