On behalf of an international client we are looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Representative to join their new team. The client has offices in Daventry and Dunton and it is required that you can commute to either of these offices on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week. In this role you will be providing an outstanding customer experience and will aim to resolve customers' queries at first point of contact.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound customer enquiries across various channels, including telephone, email and chat
* Taking ownership of an issue and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied
* Escalating enquiries to senior colleagues when appropriate
* Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent Norwegian language skills. For this role it is important that you are able to handle enquiries for customers and can stay calm in challenging situations. You will be required to work from the Daventry or Dunton office twice per week and is where you will be part of a friendly, multilingual team.
