Job Title: Lunchtime Assistant

We are seeking reliable and caring Lunchtime Assistants to join our friendly team at a vibrant school in Ealing. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our pupils in a fun and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise pupils during lunch breaks in the dining hall, playground, and indoor areas.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of children during lunchtime activities.
* Encourage good behaviour, helping children to develop social skills and positive interactions.
* Assist with setting up and tidying the dining hall, including helping younger children with their meals where necessary.
* Provide basic first aid and report any incidents or concerns to the relevant staff.
Requirements:
* A caring and patient attitude, with the ability to engage positively with children.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
