The successful candidate will have experience in working with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 Administration, Azure, permissions and day to general IT issues and queries, providing excellent first-line support via desk, phone, and ticketing system, diagnosing, as well as fixing problems as they occur. You should have experience providing a printing service using professional grade equipment, as well as work in the more generalist remit of the team by supporting with casework and projects, and escalating issues when necessary to the relevant departments.
