You will manage a team responsible for service delivery across multiple jurisdictions globally, overseeing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring high standards of service to the business and leading on transformation. Key Responsibilities:
* Daily management of the HR shared services/ HR operations team. Providing stability, managing performance, coaching and developing team members.
* Ensuring high-quality customer service and service delivery to the business, identify process improvements, leading on SSC related change and transformation.
* Monitoring service centre performance, analysing data, and reporting to senior leaders on trends, progress and solutions.
* Guiding the HR shared services team through a transformation journey related to automation, technology and process improvements.
Required Experience:
1. Extensive experience managing HR operations/ shared services across multiple regions/jurisdictions.
2. Proven leadership experience managing dispersed, globally focussed teams.
