Job Description
As a Operations Manager your key responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Planning
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organisational goals.
Collaborate with senior management to align operations with overall business objectives.
2. Team Leadership
Lead and motivate a diverse team of operational staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
3. Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency.
Implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
Continuously monitor and evaluate processes for improvement.
4. Budget Management
Develop and manage operational budgets.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations.
5. Quality Assurance
Implement and monitor quality control processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Vendor and Supplier Management
Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms.
7. Communication and Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Communicate operational updates and key metrics to leadership
Qualifications
8. Proven experience in a similar Operations Manager role.
9. Strong leadership and team management skills.
10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
11. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
12. Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management.
13. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
