About the Role
As the Exam Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient administration and management of all internal and external examinations within the school. This includes working closely with staff, students, and examination boards to ensure a smooth and compliant exam process.
Key Responsibilities
Examination Coordination: Schedule and manage all exam timetables, entries, and arrangements for internal and external exams.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes meet JCQ and awarding body regulations.
Student Support: Provide information and guidance to students and staff regarding examination procedures.
Data Management: Accurately maintain examination records, results, and certifications.
Invigilation Management: Recruit, train, and supervise exam invigilators to ensure the smooth running of exam sessions.
Communication: Act as the primary contact for examination boards and other stakeholders.
About You

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using IT systems, including exam software and Microsoft Office.

Knowledgeable: Familiarity with JCQ regulations is highly desirable but not essential.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Exam Officer, School Administrator) is an advantage.
