Salary:£30k - £45k per annum (depending on experience), plus a discretionary £5k yearly bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide podiatry assessments, treatments, and care to patients.
* Develop and implement patient-centred treatment plans for effective outcomes.
* Manage a caseload while supporting and guiding the team where necessary.
* Ensure adherence to clinical governance, quality standards, and CQC requirements.
* Actively participate in the growth and development of the podiatry services.
* Offer excellent customer service to patients, carers, and external healthcare professionals.
* Engage in the business development process by supporting future revenue streams.
Requirements:
* BSc (or equivalent) in Podiatry.
* HCPC registration.
* Minimum 1 years experience in a podiatry role (5 years+ for leadership positions).
* Strong clinical skills in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle conditions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Leadership and management experience is desirable for senior roles.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Non-medical prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake.
* Experience in managing chronic and complex wounds.
* Clinical Educator experience.
* Membership of the Royal College of Podiatry.
