Role Overview:
Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Director to join our Bristol branch.
Key Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and providing exceptional customer service. They will play a key role in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Mentoring and coaching team members to improve performance and achieve their full potential
* Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
* Managing and controlling branch resources effectively
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management or a related field, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Package and Benefits:
