Here at BRE, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our new CRM system, D365. This role is crucial to the successful execution of our group-wide CRM strategy, aimed at enhancing customer marketing engagement, boosting sales, and fostering overall business growth.
Your role at BRE
You will maximize the return on investment in the CRM system by owning the consistent collection, utilisation and understanding, of data, and will act as a bridge between the BRE marketing, communication, sales and product teams to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the revenue growth business plan.
You will add significant commercial value to the company by:
* Improving Customer Relationships: A well-implemented CRM strategy will help build stronger relationships with BRE customers by providing a centralised view of customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history that will enable personalised communication and targeted engagement campaigns.
* Increased Sales: By streamlining the acquisition processes, improving lead management, and providing sales teams with the necessary tools and information, the CRM Manager will contribute to increased sales revenue.
* Enhanced Customer Retention: The CRM manager will create the strategy to help identify at-risk customers and proactively address their needs, with a goal of reducing customer churn and improving retention rates.
* Improved Sales Efficiency: By automating repetitive tasks and providing sales teams with better data and insights, the CRM Manager will help increase sales efficiency and productivity.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: The CRM Manager will provide valuable data and analytics that to make informed business decisions, such as identifying target markets, optimising marketing campaigns, and allocating resources effectively.
* Cost Savings: By streamlining processes and improving efficiency, the CRM Manager will help reduce wasted costs associated with customer acquisition, retention, and support.
Your profile
Essential:
* Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
* Ability to analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
* Experience integrating CRM systems with other business applications (e.g., marketing automation, sales enablement).
* Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards to track performance and measure success.
* Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Strong relationship-building skills to foster positive relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
* Deep understanding of the sales process and best practices.
* Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
Desirable:
* Experience in specific industries or verticals, such as healthcare, finance, or technology.

Flexible working options
This position will be hybrid role, including remote (home) and in office work (based at our BRE Science Park in Watford).
