Job Title: CRM Marketing Manager
Location: Somerset (Hybrid) 2 days per week in the office
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + 20% bonus + benefits

The Role:
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to build customer loyalty and drive business growth through strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you will have a chance to develop creative, high-impact briefs that connect with customers and enhance their experience. If you have a background in digital marketing, a knack for data interpretation, and a collaborative spirit, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Campaign Strategy: Using data and insight to execute direct to customer marketing campaigns using leading automated marketing systems.
* Personalised Marketing Campaigns: using real time data such as RFM segmentation, lifecycle journeys, triggered campaigns and personalised content to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
* Channel & Content Management: Deliver campaigns across channels to leverage app push notifications, rich inbox campaigns plus Direct Mail, SMS, targeted emails, and Coupon at till. Segmentation and Data: Use customer segmentation, data and reports to create marketing messages based on behaviour, product, channel and message using a test and learn methodology.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Interpret campaign reports and present insights to stakeholders.
* Budget Management: Track and manage team budget to meet ROI targets and provide regular updates to Senior CRM Marketing Manager.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in CRM & Email Marketing
* Ideally coming from a retail/ customer focused role
* Educated to degree level in relevant subject
* Experince using multiple ESP/ CRM systems
* Hands on and strategic experience
