DEPUTY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Salary: £41,890.79 - £45,305.89 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week
Location: Cheltenham, GL51 0EX
Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and a £2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to acquiring and maintaining clearance requirements.

We are looking to recruit a Deputy Shift Supervisor to join our friendly team at a prestigious building in Cheltenham to assist the Shift Supervisor in their role in coordinating maintenance activities within the shift team. This is a full-time role working 42 hours per week working various shifts on a rota basis covering 24 hrs. Overtime is available.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the Supervision of Shift staff and on-site contracts undertaking PPM & reactive works, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with SLA's & KPI’s.
* Responsible for running the site and providing key point of contact for personnel.
* Assist with the reporting of team performance in terms of PPMs and reactive and corrective works.
* Monitor site operation and utilise BMS, ENMS and FMIS outputs to optimise service delivery.
* Maintain records and produce regular and ad hoc reports as required.
* Undertake auditing, review productivity, drive innovation and quality within service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential
* Trained as a mechanical or electrical technician.
* Have significant experience of working in a complex FM environment.
* Good leadership skills and experience.
