There is a strong possibility that this may extend or go to a permanent role in 2025.Your impact:In this role, you’ll lead the mobilisation and seamless integration of new contracts, working closely with teams across HR, Operations, Recruitment, Finance, and Compliance. Your influence will ensure every mobilisation meets budget, compliance, and quality standards, creating a foundation for long-term success. As the main liaison for internal and external stakeholders, you’ll build and strengthen relationships that support our clients and enhance our service reach.Project Mobilisation and Implementation: Lead the end-to-end mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring all project milestones, KPIs, and deadlines are met. You will drive operational readiness by developing processes, managing TUPE transfers with HR, and coordinating recruitment efforts with the hiring team.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, senior leaders, and partner organisations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the mobilisation process.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all project activities align with regulatory and contractual standards. Conduct quality checks and audits to guarantee adherence to service expectations.Operational Handover: Oversee the operational transition of mobilised contracts into steady-state operations, providing necessary guidance and support to ensure continued compliance and effectiveness.Budget and Resource Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring all mobilisation activities align with financial targets and company policies.
