They currently have an opportunity for an Office Manager responsible for a small team providing administrative and accounting support to the Company. The main duties of the role include but are not limited to: -
The main duties of the role include: -
* Credit checking of sales orders
* Checking invoices, distributing to clients and posting to ledger (Sage)
* Raising credits and payment chasing
* Job costing data
* Management of a small administration team and Cleaning Operatives
* Maintaining records
* Ordering consumables
* Scanning customer sales orders
* Dealing with telephone enquiries
* Ensure any problems that may arise are dealt with promptly and efficiently
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and personal attributes: -
1. Previous experience within a similar role, within a similar industry is desirable
2. Proficient IT skills, particularly, Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage
