Position: Fabricator Welder
Location: Ellesmere Port
Contract: Temporary Contract
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 08.30 - 15:00
Salary: £16.00 per hour negotiable DOE
We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to assemble structural forms.
Duties:
1. Work in a safe and conscientious manner
2. Read and understand fabrication drawings
3. Demonstrate a high level of welding competency
4. Experience of workshop machinery and equipment
5. Apply basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
6. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for equipment operation
7. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively
Experience:
1. Proven experience in welding and fabrication
2. Ability to interpret engineering drawings
3. Strong understanding of basic maths for measurements
4. Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation
5. Competence in using hand tools and power tools
