Our Lincoln based Client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager (Supply Chain) to join their Senior Management team. This role oversees, coordinates & manages every stage from customer order placement, through to our factories/suppliers, through to the customer receiving the product.

THE ROLE
As an Operations Manager (Supply Chain) you will continually review and improve processes within your areas and company-wide, other responsibilities include:
1. Account managing our factories & supplier
2. Analyse and produce reports to the CEO on what to produce and buy
3. Track and chase all goods across couriers from origin to delivery.
4. Oversee the order fulfilment process from our retail team to factories.
5. Liaise with suppliers on quality issues, customer returns, and KPI performance.
6. Produce reports with the CEO's input, propose suggestions to keep best-sellers in stock based on trend analysis.
7. Channel customer orders onto necessary systems, ensuring accuracy.
8. Facilitate customer & supplier orders, ensuring timely delivery.
9. Manage & track the order bank via spreadsheets, online inventories, & various tech systems.
10. Proactively update the wider team on goods received.
11. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and cost reduction.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Operations Manager (Supply Chain) will need to manage multiple workload streams simultaneously and handle a pressurized workload during peak season, other attributes include:
1. Be able to manage external suppliers and be accountable for customer order fulfilment, demonstrating the required skills.
2. Thrive on autonomy, responsibility, and ownership.
3. Have a troubleshooting mindset - logically work through issues and solve them.
4. Advanced Excel skills - analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions and provide recommendations to the CEO.
5. Excellent communicator.
6. Fully IT literate with Microsoft Office.
7. Highly organized, solution-oriented, detail-focused, team player, and self-motivated.
8. Hands-on mentality, analytical and structured, with logical thinking skills, curiosity, and creativity to explore unknown areas.
9. Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial business, driving the company's next phase of expansion.
