My client, a leading manufacturer committed to delivering high quality products and innovative solutions to their customers, are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator on an initial temporary basis. The purpose of this role is to support in accurate supply chain planning to ensure all required stock is purchased in a timely manner.
Role and responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing sales trends, historical data, and market dynamics
* Identify and resolve supply chain constraints to ensure timely product availability and smooth operations
* Generate reports and summaries for management and other stakeholders.
* Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
* Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
* Develop and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Experience and expertise:
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
