Senior Accountant - Capital

* Full time, permanent (37 hours per week)
* Ty Coch – Bangor
* £40,024 - £48,106 per annum
* The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this role

The Role:

This role manages financial services and provides support relating to Adra's Property directorate, which includes:

* Development of New Builds department
* Capital Investment department
* Asset management department
* Repairs and Maintenance department
* Compliance department

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this role.
