Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team is on a mission to create a cleaner, safer, and healthier world. We’re in search of a forward-thinking Marketing Director for the EMEA Region to spearhead business growth through strategic and digital innovation. This role could be based in any main Ecolab offices in France, UK, Germany or Spain.
We’re looking for a Talent Leader recognized for strategic insight, cross-functional leadership, and a knack for digital innovation. An inclusive collaborator adept at partnering with key stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
As a confident communicator, you will be collaborating with diverse European and global teams to help shape strategy and lead innovation from concept to execution. You'll be driving key business initiatives in line with our objectives vision and mission.
What you'll do:
1. Guide stakeholders on the Pest Marketing strategy
2. Move initiatives from concept, through phase-gate to implementation
3. Advocate for innovation and the sharing of industry-leading practices.
4. Pioneer connected solutions and digital advancements to elevate customer experiences.
5. Formulate and implement comprehensive data strategies, promoting digital engagement.
6. Participate in the annual Strategic Business Planning process
7. Foster team growth with structured development plans.
8. Offer mentorship and support for the professional growth and well-being of team members.
9. Contribute to Global Marketing Team discussions, utilizing the global network’s collective experience.
What you’ll Need:
10. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience.
11. Demonstrated experience in a B2B marketing, encompassing Brand, Digital, Communications, and more.
12. A background in strategic leadership, digital product strategy, and managing multi-segment marketing initiatives.
13. Fluency in English, other European languages are beneficial
