Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, specialising in secondary education - a range of subject specialisms welcomed (recently graduated or about to graduate). - Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners. - Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies for secondary school students. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues. - Proven organisational and time management abilities, including effective lesson planning and classroom management. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies and approaches.
