The school work in close partnership with Teaching Personnel and will be fully supportive of whoever is appointed to the position.

Job Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* PGCE or schools direct in secondary science completed
* We encourage ECTs to apply
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Dedication and commitment to safeguarding principles
Job Role/Responsibility:
* Plan and deliver engaging, high quality science lessons
* Differentiate lessons to cater to varying abilities within each class
* Regularly and promptly assess pupil progress and provide informative and timely feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues within the department to ensure it is a top-performing subject within the school
* Show a dedication to continuous professional development
* Contribute to wider school community through extra curricular and parents evening (where required)
