About the role
Each year Vision for Education receive hundreds of teaching roles highly suited to Early Career Teachers and we are very experienced in securing ECT positions. These roles are often 2-year contracts, or permanent posts, with the ability to complete the ECT induction.
We are looking to hear from a passionate and determined ECT Special Needs (SEN) Teachers looking to start their career in teaching. We understand that SEND can be a difficult area to secure Teaching jobs for ECTs, but because of our long-lasting relationships and track record with SEND schools across Lancashire, we can get you a foot in the door.
About the school
Vision for Education works with numerous SEND schools in the Lancashire area, meaning great opportunities for an ECT Teacher to work within specialist education. Our office in Preston also covers SEND schools in Lancaster, Kendal, Barrow-in-Furness, Preston and Blackpool. We work with SEND settings for pupils of primary, secondary and college age that have an outstanding reputation in their local area.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of ECT SEN Teacher you will:
1. Have experience teaching children in your specific setting.
2. Have a keen interest in working in SEND settings
3. Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teaching and support staff.
4. Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
5. Have a PGCE in Primary or a Secondary subject area with QTS.

Salary
£600 to £800 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
