Coordinator| ASAP Start | 3 month contract + potential extensions| Hybrid working in London | Inside IR35 | £250pd
We’re seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join a thriving team, at a well known brand in entertainment. You’ll support the production management teams by coordinating the onboarding process for production companies and freelance producers to our ecosystem, tools, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up, schedule, and coordinate initial kick-off and ongoing production meetings for partner-managed productions.
2. Serve as a key production contact for the Production Office through pre-production, production, and wrap for Production Management.
3. Track and manage writing/development and production schedules along with the overall local content slate, keeping stakeholders apprised of status.
4. Research, curate, and develop relationships with crew and vendors.
5. Assist with the identification and curation of experienced, high-quality production staff and crew.
6. Research and reach out to potential filming locations and studios across the continent.
7. Maintain, update, and champion the use of our internal systems to track and manage show asset and paperwork delivery.
8. Update production management “best practices” and refine production guidelines, working with technical teams to train others in using our tools and understanding our workflow.
9. Work with managers on budget reviews and analysis.
10. Serve as the bridge between productions and internal teams to ensure both sides receive pertinent updates in a timely manner.
11. Assist productions and executives in planning and coordinating travel.
12. Perform any other duties as necessary to support the productions and the department.
