Begin your career in sales with our Telesales Advisor role!
The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is calling potential customers via online sourcing and lead generation and selling the our DCI Fuel card product range.
What will you be doing as an Telesales Advisor in our Fuel Solution?
1. Dealing with prospective customers (B2B) to offer the benefits of our fuel card services
2. Dealing with customer service, non-drawing customers and card consolidation calls
3. Creating a pipeline of future customers through follow up appointments and referrals
4. Administration duties for customer accounts
5. Logging sales data in a variety of computer systems/dashboards
What experience do you need?
6. Excellent communications skills; demonstrating confidence and attention to detail.
7. Money motivated and ambitious to hit and exceed targets.
8. Applicants must be computer literate and familiar with standard MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
