In this Role, youll get to
1. Responsible for product localization for Philippines market, regularly provide local market intelligence to local team and headquarter to influence global product and marketing direction.
2. Actively think, plan, identify, build localized products and features with integrate usability studies, research and market analysis that address customer needs
3. Use self-service dashboards to monitor and report out on onboarding programs.
4. Leverage data to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable business solution, shape future effective profitable strategies and making recommendations for improvements.
5. Work closely with other local teams and headquarter teams to collaborate on marketing / merchandising campaigns / BD / product / design functions.
What you'll Need to Succeed
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or any similar discipline
7. 3+ years of relevant experience in product management in travel-related industry with in-depth understanding of Philippines consumer market
8. Experience in Tableau or equivalent data visualization tool.
9. Strong communication skills to influence your stakeholders and manage expectations.
