Salary: Full Scale Teacher Pay £31,350 - £45,037, depending on experience

Are you a dedicated and experienced mainstream teacher who is passionate about supporting every child's potential? We are looking for a qualified teacher ready to make a meaningful transition to SEN teaching in a brand-new Alternative Resource Provision (ARP) focused on supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
This unique opportunity allows you to take on a challenging yet highly rewarding role as part of a team pioneering a provision specifically designed to cater to students with autism. The ARP will initially start small, with a strategic plan for growth, and you will be instrumental in shaping its environment, ethos, and educational impact.
